Well, In segway chat article:
http://www.segwaychat.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=9854
I talk about the "Ultimate Backup Mirror"
But I was having problems with the camera being in the helmet
when I would look down at the screen, The camera would be pointing too high, and if I kept the camera steady I could not see the screen.
Now one project I have been working on (which I showed off a prototype at the Last Segway NYC meet) Was a camera and a monitor (the eyetop) (thanks guys) which Does what I want, but the weight of the helmet is too heavy on my head, and it slips (I also have sunk over $500 into this project and I keep adding more) (grin)
ANYWAY... I decided to revisit my original Idea, and mount a camera in my 25.0 bag, this way keeping a fixed focus on the road behind me.
I bought a 180 degree camera (really cool!) on eBay for $50.00
(here is the link)

I then Mounted it in my left 25.0 Bag

Photo of the Inside of the bag
(I used a rubber sheet to insulate/waterproof the bag were the camera passes thru it)

Other (outside) part of the bag

Close up of the camera (looks like HAL)

Here are some pictures of the camera unmounted

And a image of the camera (from the eBay ad, I will take pictures of mine soon)

Its a pretty cool setup
(well I think!)
