I was just looking over all the motors we goot from FIRST, and I have decided to go with the Bosch Drill Motor. I was wondering what all your guy;s teams are using for primary drive motors.
Also I was trying to work this one out, but wasnt sure about my results, so check me quick. Would it be posible to run 2 Bosch motors with there built in tran's to push 125Lbs of robot at 2.5 MPH without adding a second Tran's or Diff?

I am not quite sure what your question is, but if it is that you are wondering if 2 motors will work in their stock configuration, then the answer is yes. They are awesome motors, highly reccomended.

One last this I was just looking at the output shaft on the Bosch Drill motor and its a right hand thread, but the shaft that we were going to use for our wheels is a .5" keyed shaft. So does anybody know how to get the 2 shafts to connect? And also we only have about 2" to woork with on each side so the connector cant be more than 2" long. Hope you guys can help THANKS.

Small parts sells and awesome flexible coupling. Order and use one of those.

hey Im not 100% sure what the #'s are for on the top of the drill, I think its like between 1-15, what I need to know is where to set it at if I want to only run the high gear without shifting to the low, and I also need as much torgue as I can get out of it in that speed

The numbers on the drill are the clutch settings. The higher the number, the more force the motor will produce without slipping.

the drill motors are great, but if your alignment is off by even a tenth of an inch, they could strip out. we had that happen last year :(
