My wife got me a new sony 5 mega pixel camera that fits in your shirt pocket - the following photos are my first use of the camera - of course I didn't read the instructions! So what you see is what you get - hope they help you get a feel for what it was like at Segfest 2004 - it was super in my humble opinion.

I think this chart that Doug Field showed us in the Battery session says that if you want to go 21 miles, go at 2 MPH!

People had a good time at the Party - the only downer were the little bugs that were enjoying us as we enjoyed the good food and conversations!

Can't quite make out the labels on the six lines on the battery graph.

I'm reading those six lines as "flat ground, 2 slope, 4 slope, 6 slope, 8 slope, 10 slope". What do you say attendees?

I can't read them either - will try to blow it up and see if I can decifer it. The discussion was about how much range you could get at a given speed. Also some of the curves showed the impact of underinflated tires.

Jonathan,
Did not see Chrome fenders. I did see the chrome wheels they were selling - to me they did not look very "shiny", kind of dull. I was not interested so I did not check availablilty or price. There was someone selling wheel covers for about $300! I will try to post a picture.

Wow, those real estate guru's have a set of HT's. Thats really great. I bet that they help them out alot. Almost didn't recognize them without their suits on.

Who's was that seated version? Another one of Wayne's? What was that blue thing behind that seat. Storage? I would like a larger version of that one to see it better. Its cool.

Anyone have any new trailers or cool accessories this year? Were the enclosed (rain) version, designers there?

Ken,
Take a look at this:
http://www.segwaychat.com/photos/beckpm/trailer.jpg

By the way, I don't know how they attatched the shaft under the seat to the control base, but I "verified" that it was solid as a rock! "no, I didn't sit on it with his kick stand down"

The thing sticking out of the back of the bike seat is a hard shell saddle bag - big enough to carry lunch and a jacket.
