I waited until today to get some accessories so I could take advantage of the discount. First, the GINGER coupon code didn't work. After calling Segway, they had it fixed in 10 minutes and called me to try it again. Now it applies the coupon code, but won't complete my checkout. My browser timed-out several times trying to checkout merchandise. Segway said they will call me back when they get it fixed.

I understand glitches, but didn't they test their own website?

I just heard back from Segway. They can't find anything wrong on their side and suggested it was my computer. Hmmm.... I buy stuff, online, all the time. Oh well, they took my order over the phone and gave me the discount.

I'll be open-minded and check my computer, but deflecting the blame isn't usually good business.

Wonder if it has anything to do with pop-up blocking? I don't know enough about how the store is put together, but I know in the WebCT online college classes I teach, the tests are all handled with pop-ups and if students have blockers set up, they have to "unset" them for the WebCT class.

Could be your browser - if they are "Internet Explorer" (MS) only if your using Netscape I've encountered difficulities on some sites.

i had the same problems today....ultimately resulting in a phone order!
