View Full Version : Can't find decent battery statistics

Does anyone know where there's a single printable sheet with all the technical info on the segway batteries? I've looked everywhere -- the battery care manual at segway.com didn't even have this kind of spec sheet.

P.S. This is for airline purposes.

Segway has an "Ask Segway" question about this:

You'll want the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for the batteries. If you e-mail customeroperations@segway.com, they'll send you a copy to print off.

Just tell them they work on 12 simple D cells, how would they know the difference?

SegwayUtah, I'm surprised they don't have the MSDS online. Anywy, they emailed it to me -- thanks for the link.

teekay, I don't want to risk them knowing more about the seg then we think. Do you think 12 would power it? I'd say it needs around 50! ;)
