Under the Pipe we Go

Does anyone know if the containers ACTUALLY go under the pipes on the side? I know, the pipe is approx. 16" off the ground and the bin is approx. 24.25" x 17.25" x 15.75" but I need the specs to be exact. Has anyone seen an already built course? According to my team members, the pipe is a little lower than it's written, but I want to make sure. Does anyone know for SURE?????

Well, during the kickoff, they made a specific point of pointing out that they did not go under. So, the answer is no...
