Is this a scam?
I've seen it before, but it was like a matrix list or something.
A matrix list is where you spend some money on this e book or something, and then after 5 people after you buy that ebook you get your gift- which in this case happens to be a segway.
It's supposed to be that after 5 people, the guy running the site makes a profit, and then sends off the segway.
I haven't tried it, but can it be true?
