When was it announced SF '04 is in FL?

DES: Segway owner....
it has a nice ring to it

In 1946, the first TV toy commercial aired. It was for Mr. Potato head.

There are more bacteria in your mouth than there are people in the world.

Canada is an Indian word meaning "Big Village".

All 50 states are listed across the top of the Lincoln Memorial on the back of the $5 bill.

The average American/Canadian will eat about 11.9 pounds of cereal per year.

I felt I had already read the newsletter because of my participation in Segway Chat and SEGAmerica. Without this owner's group - what would they have filled their newsletter with?

March 5, 2004 is when the announcement about SegwayFest! 2004 was made. You may go to the Conventions and Events section of SC and see the thread. We would also like your input about what you would like to see LLC present on this year. They are willing to tailor the seminars to whatever the membership would like to hear so here is our chance to speak up. Do you want a round table with Doug, a battery seminar, an accessory forum,...it's all your choice. Find the thread and chime in![^]:D:);)[:P]

Jim,

Since another year will have passed since the first SegFest, and many of us will have machines that are anywhere from one, to two and a half years old, perhaps we can have some workshops and repair classes and diagnosis shops set up . A chance to purchase and install new tires, mats, batteries, and yes those fenders, etc would be VERY beneficial. Would LLC, or some dealer be willing to do this ?? Would you like to have a dealer take advanced orders for parts and have them availble at the fest and have owner/techician assisted repair shops ?
If a local dealer or LLC were to do this the members could leave the tools at home, travelling light is always easier , and TSA doesnt like to let tools pass thru the airports .
