HT behind the scenes tours at WDW EPCOT

Greetins to all, After a frustrating attempt to contact someone at WDW reference HT usage in the Kingdom, I was told NO, but I was also told that sometime in February (to the best of this persons knoledge)that Disney was going to offer a behind the scenes tour of EPCOT on SEGWAYS!!!!! Now isn't that special. They use them, show them and now apparently will be offering tours on them but YOU CAN NOT BRING YOUR OWN HT INTO THE PARKS!!!! Comments anyone??? Hey Ocheewind, any more info from your outings at WDW?
