Ebay sale of a seg for $15,000, 1 5 GRAND

I found this sale of a segway on ebay for almost $$15,000

This guy won it at a state fair and did the training but wants to sell it. what makes him think that he can sell it for 3 times it value on amazon?

No, the original seller started it with 3500 dollar bid amount,
and a certain reserve amount set (maybe 4500 dollars). Some naive soul
bid on it, then somebody pushed it up to 14,999 dollars as a joke.
At least the seller could offer some authentic pictures - but he says that he welcomes questions.

The guy who bid on the Segway HT has posted elsewhere on this board. He is preventing people from being scammed.
