Wooo Hooo! My office gave me the best Christmas Bonus: A new Segway I Series from Segway Of Texas! Just finished a night ride looking at Christmas lights in my neighborhood. Any people with Segways in the Houston Area? Anyway, I've been reading the forum here for quite some time and just wanted to say hi.

There are a few of us in the Houston area. You know Deer Park is a small suburb and there are two of us out here.
Kind of cold to be gliding wasn't it?
I rode mine to work yesterday and back home but that was it because I'm a wimp when it comes to cold weather.

Yes, There is a Houston group of Segway users. We have been sort of inactive recently, needing someone to take the step of organizing our next get together but have done several group glides in the past.

I had occasion to visit the new Segway Store in the Gallaria mall recently and was told by a salesman they had sold five new machines in one day.
