EMail from Segway LLC just arrived...nice!

I just got an E-Mail from Segway LLC tonight. It's basically a newsletter with some product information and marketing. The best part, is that it contains a file of dozens of photos from Marks coverage of Segway Fest in Chicago. The photos are broken down into each days events and the people involved. What a nice idea it was to include that and I hope that Segway is sending it to every owner and Fest attendee !

I am awed that they would use my photos. Clicking on the photos or the link brings you to my personal photo web site for the Segway Fest photos. If any of the captions need correction, send me an email with correct text!

(Update: The main menu of the Segway Fest Photo Album has been updated with detailed descriptions. I forgot about the brief descriptions I entered months ago.)

Other Segway photos have shown up in our company's end of year presentation and web site. A picture is truly worth a thousand words. It should be fun to see where the images appear next year! I'll be watching two TV shows in particular.

Recent photos should be posted after existing images are compressed to gain web space. Thanks for sharing about the newsletter on Segway Chat since mine did not appear in the mailbox until the next day.

Seeing the article on SegfesT made it for me. I had not seen Mark's photo's before, and I can see why LLC choose them, what a great collection of photos from every day and event!

I thought the newsletter was good, and I like the SegwayFest recap. But I must say, if the point of the newsletter was to announce availability of the p-Series "just in time for the holidays," it might have been a good idea to send it out just a bit (like six weeks) earlier.

This Christmas sales season is essentially over, as far as "under-the-tree" Seg sales are concerned. Does anyone here know of anyone who's getting a Seg for Christmas? Does anyone know of anyone who's actually bought an HT from Brookstone?

Let's just say that at least one of my friends will be getting an HT or two for the family this Christmas.

Christmas is good for Segway sales, even though it's winter. I can't wait until spring. I should have a ton of new Segway friends.
