folding wire basket [Archive]

Awhile back I mentioned the folding wire basket I bought for my Seg. I have since bought two more in case I get more Seqs!

Detailed Review: They hold a 12 Pac or a grocery sack.

Seriously, they are made of galv. or other plated wire, don't rust and as far as I know are not made anymore.
The ones for sale are used or nos [new old stock] originally sold by Schwinn for bicycles.
They are aprox. 13" long, 7"wide, and 9" deep when open. Closed, [takes 2 sec.] they are 1" wide.
There are pics. on Ebay and on a reply to my previous post, saves a thousand words!

Where did you get the idea they aren't sold any more?
I saw them in 2 or 3 bike shops just last month.

PamSi, I Didn't know they are still available/being manufactured/being copied. By who or by where I don't care. They work. I don't Sell Them.
