UPDATE (10/8/03):
We ran into a snag with the bridge management-- nothing too bad, just not good either. So we're going to postpone our Golden Gate Glide until we can be sure that we won't run into any problems on the bridge.
But we're planning an alternate trip for the same day.

Reserve the date-- October 19!
The Bay Area SEG is working on getting approval for a group glide over the Golden Gate Bridge.
Pending approval: we'll be meeting at the southeast parking lot (south vista point), next to the toll booths at 11am. We'll glide over to Sausalito for lunch, recharge, and glide back.
