Thank you SEGWAY!!!

I would like to thank all of the folks at SEGWAY LLC for their diligent efforts in making the HT safer and better without having to be told by some Agency or Entity. They have shown the true American sprit by handling it themselves with accuracy and efficiency that surpasses any company that I have seen in years.
They never backed away or made excuses for anything that happened. They didn’t even have to put out a press release. My god there are still PINTO’S on the road.
It’s not just one man that makes this work, it’s the whole community. We are the community and we will show that as time moves on. This community will grow as OIL, GAS and FAT POLUTION rears its ugly head to a chopping block of extinction. Segway on brothers and sisters, glide away. One day they all will say, I sure wish I had a Segway.

You do have a Segway Mr. L. It's just not back from the factory yet. :)

We're all lucky to be interacting with one of the most amazing teams we'll ever meet (or even hear about) in our lifetime.

Let's look again (this was presented at SegwayFest) at the five elements of Segways LLC's product development philosophy:

1) "Man max, machine min"
2) Simplicity
3) Honesty
4) Depth
5) Inspiration


Element number 3 is pretty evident in this product "recall." There are things they've learned to do better ... things they CAN do, and things they want to share with us as early adopters of this technology.

This is the mark of a straight-up company.
