Amazon $50.00 gift for upgrade

I upgraded my Segway to 12.0. I have the e-m ail from Amazon offering the $50.00 gift coupon for doing the upgrade. No where in the e-mail, does it tell you how to get the gift coupon.it just says "after you completed your upgrade,we'll send you a Amazon gift certificate..." Is this ""automatic"" ? Does anyone here know how to claim the coupon ???

I got the same offer from Amazon and I just e-mailed their customer support department asking for more details.

Apparently they will contact us once they've verified that we have done the upgrade.
I'll let you know what I find out.

Since we have two purchased from Amazon - I am wondering if it is $50 for each - or per household... Will have to look into this futher...
