I've added a click-able map to the main page which will illustrate which states have Segway-HT friendly legislation. It's not completed yet - but I'd like feedback. Thanks for baantjer for the idea in OT.

Change of heart.. decided to just update the states as GREEN or RED and not include links to legislation. Depending on demand, this could change in the future.
