Although I have ordered 2 units, I today, for the first time, read the conditions of sale and purchase. Although the following section will not cause me any problems, I wonder if the travel requirement for training will cause problems with any other purchaser. Evidently, Segay is quite concerned about liability. The last time I bought a motorcycle, the store couldn't care less about training or liability. In fact you can buy a gun in florida without any training requirements.

If Purchaser or Purchaser's Designee has not attended Training as of the date Segway LLC is prepared to ship Product to Purchaser, Segway LLC shall (by email to the email address provided by Purchaser to Amazon.com at the time the order is placed) send Purchaser a second notice with a second schedule of Training sessions to be held in the succeeding thirty days.
