I just wanted to tell everybody that I had a very positive experience with Segway Customer Service today. We need some replacement parts of one of our Segs and had a couple of other issues that needed addressing. Segway was very helpful, friendly and fast. I will add that this was all once I finally got a hold of someone. Apparently there was a power outage at the plant yesterday due to thunderstorms, but they were fairly prompt in getting back to me.

Probably not new to any of you that deal with Segway on a regular basis, but I wanted to mention it - people are usually so quick to point out negative customer service experiences, that I like to bring attention to positive ones when ever I experience them!

i called llc last week
for a (warranty) kick-
stand replacement, and
almost had to beg them
to hear how the ori-
ginal, which i've never
used, may have gotten
broken (probably by my
clumsy feet). they
didn't require an ex-
planation and were hap-
py about the replace-
ment--only this once,
though.

(when the new one ar-
rives, i'll just put
it with my other seg
gear in the house; i
use the after-market
kickstand from kcaps.
it's the "real deal.")
