I just wanted to tell everybody that I had a very positive experience with Segway Customer Service today. We need some replacement parts of one of our Segs and had a couple of other issues that needed addressing. Segway was very helpful, friendly and fast. I will add that this was all once I finally got a hold of someone. Apparently there was a power outage at the plant yesterday due to thunderstorms, but they were fairly prompt in getting back to me.
Probably not new to any of you that deal with Segway on a regular basis, but I wanted to mention it - people are usually so quick to point out negative customer service experiences, that I like to bring attention to positive ones when ever I experience them!
