Who's Segway was that on Weather Channel?

I was watching the weather channel the other day, and they were reporting on the very high temperatures in the Seattle area. They were running a tape showing people outdoors when they cut to someone driving a Segway . It was a male wearing khaki colored pants......didnt show much of the face as they were really focused on the machine itself. It must have played nationwide, as I saw this episode from Boca Raton ! Anyone recall getting on camera out there???

PT the area was urban...possibly a touristy spot...looked as if everyone was strolling about rather than on their way to work. The Seg driver looked about 5'9" or so.......I didnt pay TOO much attention to the details until they showed the Segway,which was the closing of that report tape
