To and from my friend's house, 6 miles in Los Angeles traffic. Used back roads as much as possible with the occasional sidewalk mixed in. At least five people pulled their cars over to ask about it, and when I passed an elementary school at recess, forget about it. Kids were pressed up against the fence in rows. Segway will start selling more as soon as people keep seeing them on the street. My skeptical friend bought one today after one ride. I'm not worried about the Segway future.
