Does anyone know why Jared (Segway of Ohio) is unreachable? I talked to him over a week ago concerning an order, and he said he'd call back that day with status. He didn't, and has not responded to emails or phone calls to his Columbus store since. An employee at one of his other stores promised to have him call. Even his dad, who must have seen that I had called, called me and promised to have Jared get in touch.
From past experience, this is not like Jared. He's always been very responsive and helpful.
