First we had a great Glide with the crew from DC SEG on Saturday.

When we stopped for a bite to eat, we parked all the segs out on the sidewalk. And then some one in a white I-2 glided by on their way somewhere, and then back (did not stop)

Then on Sunday, I glided to the store to pick up the makings for dinner. And in the store was one of our DC SEG members on his Segway (he uses it for mobility.) Someone came up to him and told him that Segways were "Awesome"!

Nothing better than that! Just another weekend in the Nation's Capital!

Mr. Hopper,

You and I live in the same general neck of the woods, and yet other than the times we meet up for Group Glides, or that time you sold me the Segway, I have never randomly come across you on all my Segway travels. I ask you then, Good Sir, do you really glide around on a regular basis, and if so, where can I purchase an Invisibility Cloak as you clearly have?

Thank you,
Matt the Red

Not on the Swanky side of Connecticut where all the action is!

Hope your solo at the concert went well!

Maybe it's not an invisibility cloak after all, but a disillusionment charm? ;)

I'm pretty sure Will used the Imperius Curse on me to get me to buy the Segway!

Ahhh, HP humor.

By the way Will, thanks, the solo went great. You can hear a recording of the song at dress rehearsal here (http://www.beforeisleep.net/music/choralarts/07%20The%20Chorus%20of%20the%20Settlers%20(_Oh,%20 nye%20buyn%EFy%20vyetyer_)%20from%20Prince%20Igor. mp3). (My solo -- okay it was a duet but I was the only tenor singing -- is at 57 seconds.)

Matt that was only when you rode the Gen One..

And as I recall - it was you doing the cursing.

On the I2 - no question it was a love potion!

LOL

That's why I bought from this guy. Such a sense of humour, how could I resist? :)

And get a group together to go Christmas Caroling on Segways this winter!
