Info Key

I just got a I2, and my info key ring on the back is not seated right. Don't know how to explain, but the ring on the back is only locked on about half of the key. I have tried everything I can think of to take it off, and re-install the ring, but I can't get it off. Has anyone had this problem? And if so, how the heck did you get it off?

You can use the infokey mount on the Segway itself, to twist the outer ring off and help put it back on.

I have tried to twist it off, but it won't move no matter how hard I twist. The extra key works fine, however I need the ring off the other key! I'll see if I can do like you said.
