Training Video on digital format

you get a vhs copy when you buy a segway ht, if you need a replacement tape you can most likely contact segway.

A DVD version (with chapter stops) would be a great item to purchase from Segway. The VHS tape lacks sharpness and needs additional resolution to match the quality of the Segway HT.

A future version should give more detail on the all important turning style with the red key and what the limits of the HT are when turning on the different keys at maximum speed.

I mentioned this in another thread but perhaps it's worth reiterating here..

Please don't digitize and post Segway LLC's training video. There would certainly be copyright issues and I'd hate to see a SegwayChat member singled out for doing it. Like pt said, if you're a Segway HT owner you get a copy of the video included as part of your owner's package.

For those who don't own Segs yet.. but still want to see the video, perhaps you could locate a nearby Seg owner and see if you can get a demo + watch the tape.

Personally, I'll be doing more demos now as the weather gets warmer and will gladly bring along the tape and the means to display it at future demo events. So if you're in the greater NY area, keep an eye out for my next demo invitation... I'll bring along all the training materials.. manuals.. etc.. so you can see/touch it all.

I have created a presentation using powerpoint to introduce the Segway to my department at work. In that deck I want to include parts of the video that I received (not in violation of the copyright as long as the use is for me and not public distribution).
