This year has been a year of fall after fall after fall for our illustrious president and his "usual gang of idiots." (MAD Magazine)

Unfortunately, even if "the architect" retires, his edifice continues to stand, albeit crumbling, and taking down everything around it as well.

I wish that those in charge actually did what Karl's (our Karl) signature states: "Each Road you travel should be just a bit better for having had you pass."

I'll leave it to the apologists and other neocons to tell me how the world has been improved by the actions of this administration.

It's a good thing I am a Traditional Conservative politically, and a Libertarian on most social issues...

I am confused, however. I thought that most who were afflicted with Bush Derangement Syndrome were convinced that Dick Cheney was pulling the strings on the most powerful man on the planet.

Who is it?

As disapointed as I am with the current administration, I would still go hunting with Dick Cheney before driving with Ted Kennedy.

Who is it?

It's a team effort.

Rove's obsession was the accumulation of power. Cheney's concern is the abuse of that power.

There have been times when I thought this forum was hell. I may yet be correct...

I find myself without the ability to leave sometime. Even when it would have been better for me to have done so...
