Is Virginia Beach Segway Friendly?

I'm going on vacation in the near future and I'm staying in Virginia Beach. Does anyone know if Segway's are allowed on the board walk, bike trails and side walks?

Segway's are not allowed on the Virginia Beach boardwalk, or Atlantic Ave and it's sidewalks, which runs along the oceanfront. From Pacific Ave (the next road out from Atlantic) and west (away from the beach of course), they are allowed on sidewalks or public streets that have a speed limit of 25MPH or less.
