SEG America disbanded self?

Apparently, unbeknownst to its own members, the leadership of SEG America has unilaterally decided to dissolve the organization and distribute its remaining assets.

This is an important issue that needs the input of the Segway community as a whole. Should the national user's group, responsible for some of the past SegwayFests, is simply disbanded because one year's leaders decide it should be?
