Karl Sagal, dynk and friends make the Lowell Sunday Sun paper on Segways today.

We were all at the 21st Lowell Folk Festival on our Segs yesterday, rain and all. Karl, myself, Steve, Heather, and macgeek. The Lowell Sun Photographer got a pic of myself, Karl and Steve, and they called us the "rolling amigos".:)

We all had a good time, made new acquaintances, good music and sights also. It was very crowded.

It was also a good time to introduce some of the public to Segway. Many had never seen one live, and asked many questions. We will ask Segway and our nearest dealer to put up a tent at next year's event, and will gladly man it.

I have not seen it. I just checked, and the Lowell Sun does not have today's paper on the website yet.

Some photographer took a picture of me, eating polish cabbage soup while standing on my seg, hopefully that doesn't show up in the media!

It was great meeting up with you guys, I'm sorry we didn't get more or a chance to glide together, but I have venue's to attend!

the seg was PERFECT for the Lowell Fest, I predict next year there will be cops and volunteers on them as well (from the reactions I was getting)

It was great meeting you also, now I know 2 people here on Segwaychat.

Steve and I will be in contact with Inc. and Segway of Nothern New England to see if they want to sponsor a tent for next year's fest. We will gladly man it along with Karl and Beau that works for Segway of NNE. We certainly had many inquiries and Steve gave out many business cards.
