Hi all, This goes out to the general SegChat family! IF you're in the neighborhood, or planning to be, or don't have anything to do on Sunday, June 24th. Please consider participating in the Fisher's Freedom Festival Parade (in Fishers, Indiana; a suburb of Indianapolis).

The weather was good, a big group of gliders this year, and even a coordinated multi-glider move.

The local paper picked up a photo.

What a wonderful time was had by all! We were certainly a sight to behold 10 Segways gliding with routines!!!!

Lets get more next year!

Okay, on the far left is Louis, one of my tour guides. Next to him is LWillis, then WenBias and his granddaughter, and Wen's grandson. On the right is IndyFirstEngineer. That's the happy lot of them. The other four of us (WWH, Sal, our friend Katie and I) were off galavanting somewhere else!

And any of us riding Gen Two's were out of the picture. - Nora don't forget Christian... he was out of the picture as he was giving out tour flyers. As once the candy was all gone, there was only tour information to hand out.

But they are still avid Segway enthusiasts.

It is great to see folks who are lovers of the Segway out on their machines. Though they do know the main players in the world of Segway, they just don't come over to the playyard that much.

Great to see IndyFirstEngineer out - he won the Segway at the first SegwayfesT in Chicago. He is still loving and riding that machine. It is also fun to see newbies out too. There were two of them, (and one was a girl) so it is lots of fun to see that first time enthuisasm blossom as well.

We had plenty of folks who tried the Segway that day too, and you could see that there is still a lot of interest in them.

Christian! I kept counting in my head how many people we had and I was popping up one short. I kept discounting it as Wen's granddaughter! Christian - I am sorry I forgot you!
