It would be really interesting to see how far the average glider glides. Well now with the i2 we can keep track of these miles using the new odometer on the infokey... Anyone have any miles yet? I have 29 on my machine... It's amazing how far you can go in a 40,000 square foot warehouse in just less than 3 days...
It's cool that the odometer can't be reset on these babies.
Like a car!

Is there only one odometer that shows the total distance (and which cannot be reset) or is there a second (per trip) which you can reset whenever you like? For example to see how much distance you get out of one battery charge you reset before charging.
Marc
There is one odometer for total miles on the machine (can't be reset), and there is a second trip meter, which can be reset. THere is also a spedometer, and a resettable average speedometer as well.

I believe there is indeed a resettable trip odometer and a permanent odometer...
It is also interesting that the data is in the machine, it is just displayed in the info key. If you use a different key for some reason, the numbers are not erased.

Austin,
The real question is...do you still have wiskers in your tires? I've been trying for DAYS to wear off the wiskers on my i2's tires....and they're STILL THERE!

My i167 has 3,085.9 miles on the odometer.
Nine Miles on my i2.
I'm keen to see how many miles I put on it by X-mas.

Jared, Still have the whiskers but they are slowly wearing off... I think we might need a new sticky at the top of the forum for the new i2 owners and maybe mileage updates?

It's not about the miles for me, but the quality of the interactions along the way... But to each their own.
Whiskers still strong on the tires... and a comedy of errors this afternoon, and I'm at 26 miles! LOL
Glided to work... after work, glided to the doctor's office (got a cough I can't seem to shake), glided home after the appointment.... realized, I left my keys at my desk.... glided back to work, tried taking a different route (having just moved), realized that that was a HORRID way to go to work... picked up my keys, and glided home....
My feet hurt. [B)] (after 17 miles of gliding, negotiating narrow and cracked sidewalks, etc. on the new and never to be used again route).

Seems like you need something to rest on....say, a Segseat for instance! 8^) 8^) 8^)
