LOL............. I just got hit with a water baloon on an evening glide down PCH in Newport Beach. It was so funny, a dark colored SUV with some punk kids were chucking water baloons out the window, I got one in the small of my back (it actually felt good, as it's warm out) the fun part was that I caught up with them at the next light, I turned like a robot jestured to them that they are #1 and asked how are you little girls doing this evening?
The teenage boys eyes looked like a dear in the headlights, I did laugh at them and said I have your daddys plate number! I saw about 6 or 7 baloons that they had fired out the window in front of me ............ it was too funny!
I think they thought I was serious, what a bunch of lightweights, in my day I would have pounded the person I just hit with a bunch more ballons!!!
Oh the good old days!
I'm surprised at how well you took it. That is definitely assault (in my mind), and I wouldn't have been laughing.. but, I have a short fuse anyway...
In any case, I think kids like that should be reported / reprimanded....
Well, I'm just glad it was a water balloon than something more harmful.
Glad you're okay.

You did it the right way, played it to its max.
But a call to the local police to report daddy's tag would not have been a bad idea either.
You know those police guys love the Segway! - Well at least around here they sure do. They always want more on the force.
I got yelled at "get a bike" by a guy in a old Toyota Forerunner yesterday, at a light. I gave him a thumbs up and did the old. I have a bike - Now you need a Segway instead of that Gas HOG.

You did much better than I would have, I guess. I was hit by an empty drink bottle while gliding on a city street near my home. I kept control of my i-180 and I didn't recovered fast enough so I couldn't get the tag because when they hit me they crested a hill out of sight.
I would have reported it if I had gotten tag number because the next time they may throw something more dangerous at me or someone else along the roadway.

It was all so funny, and harmless, even refreshing, hell I know little girl scouts with more moxie than these sissys!
I think they will think again, so sad to see these punks in our society, their parents must be proud of them ............... Not!
I did scare the hell out of them, you could see it in their faces, hope it helped them, as they don't seem to have anyone that cares.
Party on!
