Has anyone had any experience using a Segway at the Palm Springs Convention Center in Palm Springs California. I have a conference there the end of this month and thought I might use my Seg to get from the hotel to the CC. Thanks in advance.

I know that this response won't help you, but I assume you're going to contact the center beforehand to get their position on Segways regardless of what people here tell you right?

What have you got to lose?

And keep us aprised of what they tell you. In fact, add it to the Seg Friendly web database.

Actually I've emailed the General Manager twice with no response. I thought I would try the board to see if anyone had any experience and then make a phone call. I'd hate to haul the Seg out there and then not be able to use it.
