Monster Seg on a Hummer

Somewhere in Seattle there is a yellow Hummer with a modified HT on the back. The HT has knobby tires that are larger than those on an XT, diamondplate fenders painted to match the Hummer, and a monster front bag.

I didn't see it, but some coworkers did at lunch Tuesday. They said the HT was so big that they didn't recognize it as a Segway right away. They also said there was a sign on the Hummer saying the HT can be rented.

Does anyone know who this belongs to? Oh yeah, and the license reads 'Excess'!

Looks like that's the one. I think All Star runs the rental place by Green Lake in Seattle. I guess a p-series would look kinda silly on a Hummer.
