GlideMaster,

If you haven't heard from anybody else, you ought to be able to upload a new custom icon on the control panel (User CP) page. The link is on the upper left of each page.

Yes I'm still alive, just too much retirement (not). Wish I could live in St. George Utah like you did at one time.

New site looks nice Frank, it kind of reminds me of an SSR site I belong to. I'm sure there are a lot more features to come. I feel so much better now that my tale is back blowing in wind on my avitar. Thats what drove me back; my ESP made me feel that something was missing on my rear.

Join date 2002???? Has it really been that long? That was back in the day when no one on the site had a Segway and I was the only one useing the one the CPD had (and had been trained by Segways' one time Glide Instructor Dan Glidewell). And yes that was his name. I met Brooster on this site and formed a great friendship and liked him so much I let him try the only Segway lurking around Chicago at the time. Now they're all over the Loop area in the summer time. I could go on and on about the beginning. I even have a video of me on a Segway in the CPD headquarters before I was even taught how to Glide and before they were ever on the streets of Chicago. One day I'll try and put it here on the site. Yes I taught myself how to Glide three days before I ever took a lesson and when I did take the training it was all day.

Should have bought there when you first considered it. Prices jumped trough the sky. The community I considered was far too restrictive (they even considered making rules for me and the Segway at one point) for me and it would have driven you out as well.
If you still want to go out there. look into the Kayenta area.
Oh yeah, today I'm in Palm Springs.
