I bought the MedExpress Segway carrier which is aluminum, $ 560 with shipping, and turns out to be a great unit excpet for large and pricey. Big advantages: all aluminum, loads from the side, supports Seg on wheels not battery. Note their web site ordering mechanism doesnt work you have to call.

Also looked into the Segtray unfortunately the inventor passed away but there are 3 left call Terry Mullins 865 482 1061 Ext 102. This is a nice and less-expensive unit.

The native Segway carrier has the advantage of small size, however it needs to sit quite close to the ground and therefore may get the Seg dirty or rock-damaged. ALso it supports the Seg on its battery.
