The following link is the correct link to report these fraud auctions. This will get the auction investigated the quickest possible way. Just follow the couple of menus starting with this page.

http://pages.ebay.com/securitycenter/index.html

Then click on "Report Problem"
Then "Fraud concerns for Buyers" > "Report a listing you think is fraudulent (you didn't bid)".

Submit the item numbers to the auction and it will be down within 10 minutes.

Shawn,

After getting to the contact Ebay page, do I just email the item numbers and that's it or do I have to put something else?

Thanks.

No,

Just type in the Number. It is not the clicks that it takes to get there, it is the person on the other end that reads it and does something about it.
