I have been gliding one for a couple of years now. I don't think it is much different at all.
Once you are gliding, there is not much or no difference at all. Getting on and off is different. Clearly what it does when you are off it is different. But gliding on it is essencially the same as any 'I'.
I have not personally ever seen a specific video for 'E'. I do know that when they were offered as a regular part of the line up, the training was much longer.

The machine attempts to balance regardless of what weight is on the machine. The key is that it needs to have some high weight to be able to do it. If you have too little weight to balance for the weight of the cs or weight in the cs bag, the machine cannot angle itself so that the center of weight is directly over the center of axels, and the tilt sensors conflict with the balance function...
I do run with just one side bag most of the time, and no handlebar bag, but I also have other weights permantly mounted to my seg in some custom made rear cowls that have electronics and batteries in them. The one bag that I do use also has several pounds (Read as 15+ pounds) in it all the time to accomodate it's inboard 'bag' lights...
I have several pictures on my photo pages, but no video. I have a few very short video files, but I do not have them hosted on the net anywhere...
I am currently doing a major re-fit on the Monster Seg Garage modifications, and expect to post some new info and photo's next month...
Got to keep up with the Pimp My Segway pro, Jonathan, don'tcha know!

There is no specific training video for the "e" but there is some additional training required for using it correctly. We sell and train the "e" series and it is quite a machine. It is our experience that once the cargo bags are properly weighted and we teach the glider how to mount and dismount properly the other training is much the same.
There are some width differences with both cargo bags but this is easily learned. Once on-board it behaves the same way any other HT does. The machine is quite efficient and has no kickstand problems. Many on-lookers are amazed when you glide up and step off...they will stand for quite some time scratching their heads wondering how the "darn thing does that". If you want a truly amazing machine try an "e".

The "Segway Gallery" (phase 1 of construction is almost complete) does have a link to a tiny version of the e Stand video that JamesK made and pt hosted on bookofseg for awhile.
To view it, go into the section on the e167 and you'll see the link.
The original movie was a rather large .mov file (like 10 MB) but I converted it to a MPEG-4 (.mp4) format and it's now a 0.5 MB file and hence a quicker download.
