http://zortch.visforvoltage.com/ sells the Monster Kong electric scooter, whcih can go over 25 mph with a range of 20 miles. If you're familiar with the Badsey Racer, this is the modified version of that machine.
Since some people seem to want an electric scooter that is capable of these speeds and distances, I thought I'd post the link.
