I use my Segway XT to draw on beach.
I drue a labyrinth in the ebb tide sand on the beach in Encinitas which as published in the Los Angeles Times on Nov.16 2005,California section.
Since then the City of Encinitas has informed me that my Segway was not permitted to be on the beach.
