Happy Turkey Day to all our American friends, wherever they may be in this great big world of ours!
Us folks up in the frozen white North (A.K.A. Canada, where it was 70 yesterday, by the way) celebrate Thanksgiving a
month earlier than the U.S. It's all in the planning; gives us an extra 30 days to fatten up the gobblers for Christmas dinner ;^)

Happy Turkey Day everyone!
I love these times of year... but I don't like Turkey... Planning to have some sushi instead (treason, I know).
I am sure hiro san could shape rice and eel into a small wasabi and roe covered turkey. YUM!

Try this recipe from Louisiana.
1 deboned turkey, opened up with your favorite spices.
Place 1 deboned duck inside the turkey with a different spice.
Place 1 deboned chicken inside the duck with stuffing.
Sew together and cook in the oven at 375deg for 3 hours covered, and 1 hour open.
Its called a Turducken.

Sure miss the pumpkin pie though!
Happy Thanksgiving all....just a normal day for us.....

Why stop there? Put a pegion in the chicken, and rock cornish hen in the pegion, and a large meatball in the hen and a dab of tuna (chicken of the sea...) inside that. Then put the whole thing inside a lamb and that in a goat, and that in a cow. Then sew that all together and stuff it in the oven for a day or two...
call it a cowgoatlambturkduckchickpegimeatballhentuna...
Yum!

<h2>Self-Balancing "Turkey Surprise"</h2>
(A fun dish for the holidays)
Ingredients:
2 cooked turkeys
1 tire pump
1 Segway hub lock
Steps to Follow:
Procure two cooked turkeys.
Inflate to 15psi.
Hold one in each arm.
There: you are perfectly balanced.
But wait! We didn't do anything with the hub lock. Well, of course not -- you can't do anything with a Segway hub lock!
