Someone here recommended those some time back, and I bought the model with built-in headphones. They do work well.

I noticed last time I did a long night glide even with jacket & gloves that my ears got cold, even here in 57 degrees in the evening California so I think I need something like those.

My favorite ear warmer is the fleece band that slips over your ears and forehead, like a head-band, only lower. They're cheap, fold up real small and do the job, even with a helmit on. They are available at sporting goods stores, probably Wal-mart, as well as LL Bean.

One of the things that are so nice about this segway community is the diversity...
Some people are looking for ear muffs when it drops to a frigid 57 degrees or so, while others consider a slightly lower minimum temperature.
Each of us bring our own flavor to this recipie.

57 Degrees? Are you guys nuts? That's absolutely FRIGID. Anything below 70 Degrees means we turn the heat on and hope the pipes don't freeze!
Ok, maybe the pipes not freezing went a tad too far but the heat on, oh yeah, it happens.

Been wearing mine for the past couple days. Had ear clamps for years and you can wear almost anything on your head. Today it was a baseball cap. Another thing your may want to look at for gliding is a good neck gaiter, some double as hats. Cold air on your neck is a bummer. It was 37 here this morning (bit will hit 67 this afternoon) and I knew it at 12 mph.

'EarPops' have been my solution for the last two winters of cold weather gliding, and I suspect I will need to dig them back out of my drawer for tomorrow's commute to work. It is supposed to be around 34 degrees in the morning, and that definitely signals the start of winter here in north Florida.

They fit right over my ears without using any straps or bands, and stay comfortably in place all by themselves. The best part is that they don't get in the way of my helmet at all. And I can hear through them just fine.
Everyone who has noticed mine thinks they are very clever. But not too many people even notice that I have anything on my ears since they are the same color as my black hair and blend right in. A few cycling friends of mine felt the need to order a pair as soon as they saw mine.

May all your days be Segway days!
Bought a CarHartt, full face and neck mask. It looks like a girna two ply wool sock with a hole in a toe (for the eyes and nose) I am gliding to work in 30 degree weather and the only parts of my body that are cold are my legs (slacks)... Gonna need to start wearing my long underwear!
