An email from Segway that details the final steps to complete your order. Another email that details orientation and training, and provides a link to our online training calendar.
Mail delivery of your Welcome Kit which includes the Segway HT Safety Video and Rider’s Guide. We encourage you to review these materials prior to attending orientation and training.
