Entered my Segway message before checking "Any training emails yet?" Jumped the gun I was so excited.

Interesting. The note includes:
" Here's what you can expect:
> An email from Segway that details the final steps to complete your order
> Another email that details orientation and training, and provides a link to our online training calendar.
> Mail delivery of your Welcome Kit which includes the Segway HT Safety Video and Rider?s Guide. We encourage you to review these materials prior to attending orientation and training."
Anybody ever seen the video mentioned?

Oh, yes, all of those who have been trained. (Although it may have been tweaked between viewings.) This is the famous "no Segway employees were harmed making this video" <G>. (Actually, all the riders are Segway employees.)
I think you'll like it. It's very clear.

Let's try to use the other thread that we already have for this topic, and keep all of our comments together in one place, so they'll be easier to locate. Thanks!

Yes, that makes sense, but this post was the only one on the subject that showed up in my page upon entering the site. It lists things that have changed since last visit. Is there a way to tag certain threads so that sort of error is not the norm? So they will come up all the time, perhaps based on popularity or enduring interest?
I mean, how does one know that responding to things seen in the limited list of stuff that automatically appears is violating the "proper place" idea?
