You know there's been a lot of talk that I've seen in the past on here about what features you would like included on the Segway HT (i series or p series) and I can't help but think of something simple that everyone might enjoy -
Some randome customizations.
I don't mean a hydrolics device and boom box built into the thing, but your own choice of hub caps, custom decals, other detailing and handlebar colors...
Right now all the colors tend to be exactly the same so it feels very much like there is no individuality with the Segway besides the riders...
