How do I set up a photo album and post photos to it?

Thanks for any help.

I've tried to set you one up, Larry, but you're name is not on my list of possibles to choose from. I'm guessing it is because you're still on moderation. Meanwhile I've made sticky an old post of Frank's with directions, which you can use just as soon as you come off moderation.

OK, we've got it worked out, Larry. You now have an album. Please see the How to directions in the stickey post at the top of the forum.

Now that the holiday season is here, I would like to take the time to learn how to:

1. Post individual photos which will show in a message or reply.

2. Set up a Photo Album which would have room for a series of SEGWAY related pictures.

I know this has been addressed previously but, I never had the time or urge to get it sorted out before this...

Well, I went out to a site to see the properties of photos on e-mail postings to see how they did it.

Let's see if this will work..

YES. The URL - which is visable as a link - will bring up a photo from another source. But, it is a two-step process.

Now I just have to see how to "hide" the URL and get the photo itself to display in place of the LINK.

When you go to

you can save your Foto in 5 seconds and show it in this forum for example.

Wallace you are almost there. You need to put the link between the "open image" and "end image" signs.

# note that the first and last character in the string below should be [ and ] I just changed it in the example in order that the server not make them invisable to you.
