Grand Opening: Segway Experience Newport Beach

It is my pleasure to announce the Grand Opening of Segway Orange County’s second retail location in Newport Beach. You are invited to join Segway Orange County in its Grand Opening Celebration August 12-14 at Segway Experience Newport Beach, located at 611 East Balboa Boulevard. There will be a lot of exciting activities and a chance to win a Segway HT!

The fun begins on Friday, August 12 when the Newport Beach Camber of Commerce will host a ribbon cutting at Segway Experience Newport Beach at Noon. On Saturday, the festivities continue between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m., with free food, drinks and Segway HT demonstrations at the store. On Sunday a group Segway HT glide is planned for 3 p.m. Please meet at Segway Experience Newport Beach at 2:30 p.m. if you’d like to join.

All weekend, you can visit Segway Experience Newport Beach to enter to win a Segway HT. The winner will be drawn on Sunday evening. You do not need to be present to win. For complete contest rules and entry visit Segway Experience Newport Beach.

Segway Experience Newport Beach offers Segway HT sales, service and guided tours to individual customers and commercial clients along with contracted corporate events. Guided tours are available Wednesday thru Sunday and include a practice session and a tour of various points of interest around Newport Beach and the Balboa Peninsula. Don't miss the glide today at 3 pm. The weather is spectacular and the area is beautiful. The store has a great location on the Balboa Peninsula,right on Balboa Blvd. Traffic and parking may be a challenge in the afternoon, so plan to arrive early to allow for parking far away and gliding onto the peninsula. Everything is so pretty here that you won't mind the extra glide at all.

We spent yesterday afternoon and evening at the store and exploring the peninsula, island, and we even took the ferry. It was an awesome day, and I can hardly wait to go back today.
