Jim reports one set of dimensions for the I-series box and the Segway web site reports another. I suspect both are right because I seem to recall a change in the box size some time ago. The new box makes it easier to get the Segway out.

Jimbo, did you actually measure the box - Can we consider the figures you gave to be the size of the current i-series box? And then probably the web site is the older sized box?

The box I measured contained my new i180 which was shipped from LLC on July 15th (just over a week ago).

I read the ? as an XT box, and, yes, I measured it (remember we got the first XT off the line and still have the box displayed in the Newport Beach store!). All the XT boxes are the larger size as stated in my post. Now for the current size of the i-180 box:
23" x 29-1/2" x 30"H
